Regional Mobility Plan

A long-range (20+year) vision, strategy, and capital improvement program that guides the investment of public funds in transportation facilities. The plan is developed by an MPO (CRTPA) and contains a financial plan. It is updated every five years and may be amended as a result of changes in available funding and findings from local studies.

Connections 2040 Regional Mobility Plan
Date: Adopted November 2015

The Connections 2040 RMP is the long range transportation plan for the region that addresses road, bike, pedestrian, transit, airport, freight and other transportation opportunities in the four county area (Gadsden, Jefferson, Leon, Wakulla counties).

The Trails Plan

Project is a component of the Regional Mobility Plan that addresses linkages in regional trail systems. It was adopted on March 21, 2011.

Gadsden County Bicycle and Pedestrian Facilities Master Plan
Date: 08/21/2012

Project was adopted by Gadsden County on August 21, 2012. The Plan outlines projects that Gadsden County is interested in pursuing locally and through the CRTPA planning process. Questions regarding the plan should be directed to Gadsden County Planning and Community Development Department (850 875 8663).

Jefferson County Bicycle, Pedestrian and Master Plan
Date: 01/17/2013

Adopted by Jefferson County on January 17, 2013.

Wakulla County Bicycle, Pedestrian and Blueways Master Plan
Date: 07/17/2012

Project was adopted by Wakulla County on July 17, 2012.The Plan outlines projects that Wakulla County is interested in pursuing locally and through the CRTPA planning process.

Transportation Improvement Program (TIP)

A listing/program of transportation projects covering a period of five years that is developed and formally adopted by an MPO (CRTPA) as part of the metropolitan transportation planning process, consistent with the metropolitan transportation plan (LRTP), and required for projects to be eligible for funding from the Federal Highway Administration and Federal Transit Administration.

FY 2019 – FY 2023 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP)

The CRTPA FY 2019 - FY 2023 TIP was adopted at the June 18, 2018 CRTPA meeting. Public meetings to present the document were held throughout the CRTPA on May 23 & May 24 prior to adoption. The document will be recognized by the Federal Highway Administration as the official TIP on October 1

The Interactive TIP

The Interactive TIP is a website that allows users to actively search the transportation projects in the current adopted TIP.

FY 2018 – FY 2022 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP)

The TIP was adopted at the June 19, 2017 CRTPA meeting and most recently amended at the February 20, 2018 CRTPA meeting and administratively amended in June 2018.

FY 2017 – FY 2021 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP)

The TIP was adopted at the June 20, 2016 CRTPA meeting and most recently administratively amended in July 2017.

FY 2016 – FY 2020 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP)

FY 2015 – FY 2019 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP)
Date: 08/13/15

The TIP was adopted at the June 16, 2014 CRTPA meeting. The TIP was most recently amended in August 2015.

FY 2014 – FY 2018 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP)
Date: 06/17/13

The TIP was adopted by the CRTPA Board at its June 17, 2013. Amendments made to the document are included (most recently in July 2014).

The FY 2013 – FY 2017 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP)
Date: 06/25/2012

Adopted by the CRTPA Board at its June 25, 2012 meeting and contains amendments subsequently made to the document (most recently administratively in July 2013). Please note that the document was effective on October 1, 2012.

The Annual Listing of Federally Obligated Projects

This listing includes all projects (listed by project funding code) that have received federal obligation in Fiscal Year 2017 (October 1, 2016 to September 30, 2017).

A prioritized listing of transportation projects adopted annually for TIP funding consideration.

FY 2020 – FY 2024 CRTPA Transportation Priority Project Lists

The FY 2020 - FY 2024 PPLs were adopted at the June 18, 2018 CRTPA Meeting (with the exception of the Transportation Alternatives & Transportation Regional Incentive Program which were adopted at the March 19 meeting). On September 18, 2018, the CRTPA revised the Transportation Systems Management (TSM) and Tallahassee International Airport priority project lists.

The FY 2019 - FY 2023 PPLs were adopted at the June 19, 2017 CRTPA Meeting (with the exception of the Transportation Alternatives & Transportation Regional Incentive Program which were adopted at the March 21 meeting and the updated Tallahassee International Airport PPL which was adopted at the September 19 meeting).

FY 2017 – FY 2021 CRTPA Transportation Priority Project Lists (PPLs)
Date: 06/29/2015

The FY 2017 - FY 2021 PPLs were adopted by the CRTPA Board on June 29, 2015. Public meetings were conducted throughout the CRTPA region on June 10 & 11 prior to adoption to discuss the PPLs.

FY 2016 – FY 2020 CRTPA Transportation Priority Project Lists (PPLs)

The FY 2016 - FY 2020 PPLs were adopted by the CRTPA Board on September 15, 2014. Public meetings to discuss the PPLs were conducted on August 27 & 28, 2014 throughout the CRTPA region.
