CRTPA Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) Initiates Call for Applications

The CRTPA has initiated the call for Transportation Alternatives applications for FY 2024 – FY 2028.  The CRTPA TAP coordinates the solicitation and ranking of the region’s TA programs and projects which are defined as: on- and off-road pedestrian and bicycle facilities, infrastructure projects for improving non-driver access to public transportation, community improvement activities, environmental mitigation and projects for planning, designing or constructing boulevards and other roadways largely in the right-of-way of formerly divided highways.  Eligible project sponsors of TA applications include local governments; transit agencies; natural resource or public land agencies; school districts, local education agencies, or schools; and tribal governments.
