The CRTPA Year 2030 Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) was adopted by the CRTPA on December 5, 2005.  For more information about this plan, please click here.

The FY 2009 - FY 2013 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) was approved by the CRTPA on June 16, 2008.  A public meeting to present the document to citizens and receive public comment was held on May 29, 2008.  To view the FY 2009 - 2013 TIP please click here. 

The FY 2008 - FY 2012 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) was approved by the CRTPA on June 18, 2007.  To view the FY 2008 - 2012 TIP please click here. 

The Annual Listing of Federally Obligated Projects can be reviewed by clicking here.  This listing includes all projects (listed by county) that have received federal obligation in Fiscal Year 2007 (October 1, 2006 to September 30, 2007).  Pursuant to federal law, such a list "shall be published or made available by the metropolitan planning organization for public review" (Title 23 U.S.C. 134(h)(7)(B)).

The FY 2009 and FY 2010 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) was adopted by the CRTPA at the May 19, 2008 meeting.  The document may be viewed by clicking here.

The Tallahassee-Leon County Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan (BPMP) was adopted by the Tallahassee-Leon County MPO (now known as the CRTPA) on May 17, 2004.  An executive summary of the BPMP can be viewed by clicking here.  This summary highlights the research, analysis and public involvement activities that were performed in the development of the Master Plan; the resulting projects, programs and policies that comprise the Master Plan; and the implementation strategy that will guide project and program activities over a 20-year planning horizon.  To learn more about this plan please click here.

The FY 2009 - FY 2013 CRTPA Priority Project Lists (PPLs) were adopted by the CRTPA on September 17, 2007.  The PPLs are adopted annually by the CRTPA and provided to the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for funding consideration.  These lists include the Major PPL, Bicycle and Pedestrian PPL, Transportation Systems Management PPL, Transportation Enhancements PPL, Transit PPL, TRIP PPL, SIS PPL and Airport PPL.

CRTPA FY 2006 Joint Certificaton The CRTPA planning process was certified on March 8, 2006.  The annual state certification is conducted by the Florida Department of Transportation.  To learn more about this certification, click here.

CRTPA Congestion Management Process Report The CRTPA Congestion Management Process Report was adopted on January 22, 2007.  This report identifies the process enabling the CRTPA to implement congestion management strategies throughout the CRTPA area and can be reviewed by clicking here.

CRTPA Bylaws, adopted by the CRTPA on May 23, 2005, can be reviewed by clicking here.  This document sets forth the bylaws, policies and procedures of the CRTPA.

The Public Involvement Plan has been developed to provide a proactive public involvement process in order to meet the need for better community involvement in the transportation planning process. Through the Public Involvement Plan (PIP), the CRTPA strives to provide a cooperative and collaborative transportation planning process that gives citizens a voice in shaping the area’s future. The CRTPA’s mission is to provide continuous, coordinated and comprehensive planning to guide the future growth and development of the CRTPA region.

The function of this document is to provide a foundation to ensure that effective communication with the public and strong citizen participation is used throughout all of the CRTPA’s transportation planning activities. The document is also intended to define federal guidelines governing public involvement in the CRTPA transportation planning process, describe the existing CRTPA public participation process and committee structure, identify the mandated CRTPA work products and invite the public to comment and suggest ways in which to improve the existing process.
