CRTPA Membership

The Capital Region Transportation Planning Agency (CRTPA) is the region’s Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) and consists of voting representatives from: 

  • Leon County;

  • City of Tallahassee;

  • Leon County School Board;

  • Gadsden County;

  • Wakulla County;

  • Town of Havana;

  • City of Midway;

  • City of Quincy

The apportionment of the membership of the CRTPA is based on the population distribution among member governments and is weighted as follows:
