The Fiscal Year 2024 – Fiscal Year 2026 UPWP was adopted at the May 21, 2024 CRTPA meeting, and subsequently approved by the Florida Department of Transportation and Federal Highway Administration.  Under federal planning guidelines, the CRTPA is required to develop a work plan that details the transportation planning work program, priorities, and projects for the four-county Capital Region.
