CRTPA BOARD

Citizens wishing to provide input at the CRTPA meeting may:
- Provide comments in person at the meeting. Speakers are requested to fill out a speaker’s card located inside Commission Chambers when they arrive at the meeting and limit their comments to three (3) minutes; or
- Submit written comments prior to the meeting at https://crtpa.org/contact-us/ by providing comments in the “Email Us” portion of the page before 5:00 p.m. on Friday, February 16. This will allow time for comments to be provided to CRTPA members in advance of the meeting. Comments submitted after this time (up to the time of the meeting) will be accepted and included in the official record of the meeting; or
- Provide live comments during the meeting virtually by registering before 5:00 p.m. on Friday, February 16 at https://crtpa.org/contact-us/ and noting your desire to provide comments via video in the “Email Us” portion of the page along with the agenda item or issue your wish to discuss. You will be contacted by CRTPA staff and provided with a link to virtually access the meeting and provide your comment during the meeting. Speakers are requested to limit their comments to three (3) minutes.

- Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 – FY 2028 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) Amendment
This item seeks Board ratification of an amendment to the FY 2024– FY 2028 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) to include the following project:
- SR 61 (US 27)/Monroe Street at Park Avenue (Project No. 454170-1): Provide $388,330 in funding in FY 24 for the replacement of the mast arm (Design Phase) at the intersection (Leon County)
- SR 61 (US 319)/Thomasville Road (Timberwolf Crossing to the Georgia State Line) (Project No. 452940-1): Provide $1,516,273 in funding in FY 24 for the Design
- Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 – FY 2028 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) Amendment

- CRTPA Safety Targets
This item seeks adoption of the 2024 CRTPA Safety Performance Targets for safety performance measures that the CRTPA is required to annually address. Presentation
- Telecommute Study
The CRTPA Telecommute Study evaluating the impacts of Covid 19 stay-at-home orders on congestion in the CRTPA Region, assessing telecommuting trends, and evaluating the potential impacts to the transportation network has been developed and is proposed for Board adoption. Presentation
