    This portion of the agenda is provided to allow for public input on CRTPA issues. Speakers are requested to limit their comments to three (3) minutes.
  • ELECTION OF CHAIR/VICE CHAIR      Agenda Item
    Annually, CRTPA members elect a new Chair and Vice Chair to serve for the upcoming calendar year. Currently, Commissioner Quincee Messersmith and Commissioner Dianne Williams-Cox hold the 2024  CRTPA Chair and Vice Chair positions, respectively.

10:15 – 10:45    FISCAL YEAR (FY) 2026 – FY 2030 DRAFT TENTATIVE WORK PROGRAM          Retreat Item
The draft tentative work program identifying CRTPA region projects funded by the Florida Department of Transportation will be presented.

10:45 – 11:15     CRTPA SCHOOL SAFETY STUDY        Retreat Item
The  CRTPA’s School Safety Study (“Take the Safe Route – Safe Access to School Study”) is nearing completion and involves the identification of bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure improvements to improve school safety for identified schools in the region.  

11:15 – 12:00    REGIONAL MOBILITY PLAN UPDATE           Retreat Item
 A discussion related to the goals and objectives associated with development of the CRTPA’s RMP update will be provided.   

12:00                   WORKING LUNCH

12:00 – 12:15     CRTPA DASHBOARD      Retreat Item
A demonstration of the CRTPA’s Urban SDK dashboard will be provided. 

12:15 – 12:45      SAFETY DISCUSSION     Retreat Item
A safety discussion related to Interstate 10 and the CRTPA’s High Injury Network (HIN) will be provided.   

12:45 – 1:00       CRTPA PROJECT UPDATE     
A brief update of the CRTPA’s projects will be provided
