CRTPA Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) and Project Priority Lists (PPLs) Scheduled for Adoption (June 19)

Public meetings (virtual and in-person) were conducted on May 31 & June 1 to provide the public the opportunity to learn about the transportation projects in the CRTPA Capital Region (Gadsden, Jefferson, Leon, and Wakulla counties).  Specifically, the meetings discussed the CRTPA’s Draft FY 24 – FY 28 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) and Draft Project Priority Lists (PPLs) that are scheduled to be adopted at the June 19 CRTPA meeting.

The following provides a background on the TIP and PPLs:

  • The TIP identifies transportation projects (including roadway, transit, bicycle, pedestrian and aviation) located within the Capital Region that have received mostly state and federal funding.
  • The PPLs are adopted annually and identify the agency’s regional transportation priorities for projects seeking state and federal funds.
