Citizens wishing to provide input at the CRTPA meeting may:

  • Provide comments in person at the meeting. Speakers are requested to fill out a speaker’s card located inside Commission Chambers when they arrive at the meeting and limit their comments to three (3) minutes; or
  • Submit written comments prior to the meeting at https://crtpa.org/contact-us/ by providing comments in the “Email Us” portion of the page before 5:00 p.m. on Friday, June 14. This will allow time for comments to be provided to CRTPA members in advance of the meeting. Comments submitted after this time (up to the time of the meeting) will be accepted and included in the official record of the meeting; or
  • Provide live comments during the meeting virtually by registering before 5:00 p.m. on Friday, June 14 at https://crtpa.org/contact-us/ and noting your desire to provide comments via video in the “Email Us” portion of the page along with the agenda item or issue your wish to discuss. You will be contacted by CRTPA staff and provided with a link to virtually access the meeting and provide your comment during the meeting. Speakers are requested to limit their comments to three (3) minutes.

    1. Fiscal Year (FY) 2025– FY 2029 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) AdoptionAgenda Item

      The FY 2025 – FY 2029 TIP reflecting the projects that have received funding in the Florida Department of Transportation Work Program has been developed for Board adoption.                   Presentation

       

    2. Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 – FY 2028 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) Amendment Agenda Item

      This item seeks Board adoption of an amendment to the FY 2024 – FY 2028 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) to include the following projects:                                           Presentation

      • StarMetro 5339 Low or No Emission Grant Award: Provides FTA funding in the amount of $8,004,790, and the City of Tallahassee Local funding Match in the amount of $2.4 million for the purchase of replace four 40′ diesel buses with Battery Electric Buses (BEBs) and replace four 40′ diesel buses with BEBs (Leon County).
      • StarMetro Capital Items Project: Provides FTA funding in the amount of $13,877,548 and the City of Tallahassee Local funding Match in the amount of $1,511,546 for the design, construction, and installation of Phase One of the Charging Infrastructure at the Appleyard along with funding for workforce development (Leon County).
      • SR 366 Pensacola Street (Railroad Overpass to Stadium Drive): Provide $14,483,177 in funds associated with roadway resurfacing (Leon County).

    The public is welcome to comment on any discussion item after a motion has been made and seconded.  Each member of the public is provided three (3) minutes to address the CRTPA.
